Social media projects
When I first started in social, I was essentially just writing copy, taking pictures, branding up platform pages and community management.
As social has moved on, so has my skill set. From writing one-liners about whatever was crossing my mind at the time, to crafting and creating full multi-million pound campaigns - planned in infinite detail, and leading teams.
I've learned how to be a one-person production crew, armed with an iPhone, a clip mic and a tripod, to film content, which will then be edited and subtitled and placed online...also by me.
Platform knowledge is also key - what works on which platform, and why? My analytical and reporting skills are crucial to uncovering the successes and failures of any project. (You learn more from the mistakes, I promise.)
The next pages are about some of my favourite gigs. I've picked out four of them that were the most fun, most interesting, those that I learned a lot from, and one that was a ridiculous challenge. Click on the buttons and I will tell you more.
